Return Policy
General Guidelines
All non-sale items are eligible for refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. All sales are final on SALE items. Please follow the directions below to make a return or exchange online. Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment. Once credited, allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly billing statement. We’ll email you once we’ve received and processed your return or exchange. Please allow 2 – 3 weeks from the time you mail your order for your return or exchange to be processed.
We are unable to guarantee that exchange merchandise will be available at the time your order is processed; in these instances your original form of payment will be refunded.
1. Please e-mail us customerservice@gama-go.com so we are aware of your return/ exchange and can tell you exchange items availability.
2. Mark down on your packing list the item(s) you are returning and; if you are requesting a refund, or which item you wish to exchange for & place it in a securely sealed shipping container.
3. Address the return parcel as shown below:

4.Ship your package using a trackable and insured shipping method.
5.We’ll email you once your return or exchange is processed. Please allow 2 – 3 weeks from the time you mail your return/exchange for it to be processed.
If you’ve requested an exchange, we’ll waive the shipping charge on your new order.
