Sales Director

GAMAGO is experiencing rapid sales growth & is immediately looking to bring in an experienced Sales Director. This key position works directly with the company’s executive team and our in house sales staff.

Job Responsibilities:

Management

  • Participates at managerial meetings regarding budget, sales goals, sales performance.
  • Leads, trains, motivates, and directs the sales department.
  • Delivers daily, weekly, monthly, yearly goals to the sales department.
  • Runs reports and analyzes sales numbers from internal and outside sales. This analysis must translate into identifying and capitalizing on opportunities.
  • Manages outside sales representative groups.
  • Reviews performance of individual sales team members.

Direct Action

  • Develops and executes effective strategies to generate new National key-account business.
  • Organizes and participates in trade shows and other activities related to the engaged management of existing customer accounts and new business.
  • Reviews/negotiates vendor compliance agreements, including purchase order terms and conditions, product testing requirements and packaging/routing guidelines to ensure compliance and minimize risk.
  • Directs all aspects of key-account order entry and management, including documentation of customer requirements and fulfillment instructions and related record-keeping.
  • Works with production department to manage customer and marketing sample needs.

Compensation: $70-80K + performance bonuses

3D Freelance Modeler

Our product development team is growing and we’re looking for a freelance 3D artist who’s interested in creating factory-ready files for prototyping and manufacturing.

The ideal candidate will be able to work offsite. There will be 1-2 onsite meetings per week.

You should be comfortable using Maya or Rhino & able to produce clean, clear .stl files. Experience with organic and hard surface modeling required.

This is a 10-20 hr a week, freelance position.

Warehouse Coordinator

We are growing quickly and we’re looking to make an immediate addition to our team in the shipping department.

The right candidate will ensure that our customers receive the goods that they ordered at the right place and at the right time.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations
  • Process domestic and overseas shipments using UPS Worldship and USPS Click n Ship online systems.
  • Prepare all shipping documents including invoices, packing lists, customs forms.
  • When needed assist with picking and pack orders.
  • Assist in receiving, unpacking merchandise and stocking shelves.
  • Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
  • Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
  • Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
  • Complies with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Required Skills:

  • Previous Warehouse experience preferred.
  • Superior work ethic, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
  • Strong computer applications skills, knowledge of Quickbooks a plus.
  • Some lifting required (35 lbs), bending, kneeling, etc.

Salary: $30-35K/year depending on experience. This is a full-time position with health benefits.
